We believe the best way to fix a broken justice system is to support the people working inside it. The Bar We Build exists to equip lawyers with the tools, community, and mindset to serve clients well, build sustainable practices, and push for real change.
Our Team
Founded by ABA Legal Rebel and longtime access-to-justice advocate Mindy Yocum, The Bar We Build brings together a collective of attorneys, educators, technologists, and reformers committed to rebuilding legal practice from the inside out.
Our Approach
We combine community, mentorship, and tech-forward tools like the Client Care Coach to help attorneys sharpen the skills AI can’t replace—communication, empathy, trust—and deliver legal services that actually help people.
